Where do you ship?

We ship within the Continental United States. 

Do you plan on shipping outside the Continental United States?

At this time we do not have plans to ship outside the Continental US. 

Do you ship large / heavy pieces?

We do! Any of our items in the shop can be shipped. 

How does shipping work and how long does it take?

For smaller pieces, we ship via UPS or USPS. Most orders will be fulfilled and shipped out within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For larger furniture pieces or heavy items, we use professional freight shippers to get your items to you safely.

Orders shipping via freight will typically be delivered to your home within 8 weeks or less. After placing your order, you will receive a fulfillment email once your order has been picked up by the shipper. As the delivery dates approaches, your shipper will be in touch to coordinate for day of delivery. 

Freight delivery quoted is for first floor, room of choice. If you require your order to be moved up stairs or to a second level, you must contact us prior to ordering for a custom shipping quote.

Attention: Please review and ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the shipping address that you provide.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We do offer free shipping on some select smaller items. The size and weight of the box and amount of packing materials required to protect the more fragile items greatly affect the cost of shipping and we therefore only offer free shipping on select items. 

For large, bulky, and/or heavy items (like antique furniture pieces), we use freight shipping via one of our trusted and insured shippers. 

I placed an order but have not received a confirmation email. What's going on?

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder, or contact us for confirmation by emailing us at support@patinamaison.com. 

My order hasn't shipped yet. What's going on?

Once an order has been placed, most orders will be processed and shipped out via UPS or USPS within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If it has been more than 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), please send an email with your order information to support@patinamaison.com. 

Items shipping via freight typically arrive within 8 weeks of less. The reason for this is it takes time for us to reach out to, and hear back from, our various shippers to inquire about their schedules, routes, and estimated delivery timeframe. After placing an order, we will reach out to you within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to provide estimated delivery timeframes once we've spoken with our shippers. If you have not yet heard from us and it has been more than 7 business days, or if you have any other questions or concerns, please send an email with your order information to support@patinamaison.com, and we will be happy to assist you. 

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What's going on?

Please send an email with your order information to support@patinamaison.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please take pictures of the damaged item and the box it arrived in (if shipped via UPS or USPS) and send an email with your order information and the pictures to support@patinamaison.com. Please do not throw away the item or box, as it may need to be returned to us in order to receive a refund.

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

Due to the unique antique and vintage nature of our pieces, all sales are final and sold as-is. Our items are one-of-a-kind and can have wear consistent with age, including nicks, cracks, and patina which only adds to the character. Please be sure to ask any questions related to the condition of a specific item prior to purchase.
