Antique English Chest of Drawers

Big round knobs in a darker wood sit against pale honey pine on all five drawers, a pair of short ones above three long. The top is thick with a rolled front edge, and turned feet lift the chest off the floor. There is a let-in patch at one corner of the bottom drawer, a couple of splits along the grain and a chip on one drawer end, and the drawer joints have been pinned to keep them tight. Shallow from front to back, so it fits a narrow bedroom or a nursery wall.
