Round turned knobs in a darker wood stand well proud of the honey coloured pine drawer fronts, which run two short over three long and deepen towards the bottom, each with a small brass escutcheon at the keyhole. The top has a moulded edge, plenty of knots and a couple of fine shrinkage lines along the grain, and the moulding around the base is scuffed and chipped along its front. It sits on squat turned bun feet, at a useful height for a lamp and a mirror in a spare room.
