A pine stepback dresser with a scalloped frieze under a dentil-moulded cornice, two open plate shelves above a row of five little brass-knob drawers. The base carries two drawers on brass swan-neck pulls over a pair of panelled cupboard doors, standing on bracket-cut feet. Warm mid-honey pine, the planked back darkened and the leading edges worn smooth. A proper kitchen dresser, display up top and closed storage below.
