Antique French Pot

A French stoneware pot thrown with a rounded belly and two looped handles at the shoulder, finished in a warm putty glaze blushed pink and amber where the kiln caught it. The surface carries throwing rings, dark flecks, and the soft chips that come with a working life. Good for stems, utensils, or standing on its own.
