An oak dresser base from Lincolnshire, long and low, three drawers to each side of a central paneled cupboard with shaped arched fielding on the two doors. The oak is a warm mid-brown, the grain figured and catching the light across the drawer fronts, with darker wax build-up settled into the mouldings. Pierced brass bat-wing backplates and bail pulls throughout, and it stands on shaped bracket feet. Useful as a sideboard, a hall piece, or storage under a window.
