Vintage Spode Soupier, Chelsea Wicker

Deeply fluted from foot to rim, with a domed and reeded lid finished in a small flower-form finial. Both ear handles are moulded in the same ribbed pattern. The glaze carries a warm ivory tone and a fine overall crazing, and there is a shallow chip at the lid rim. Stamped Spode, Chelsea Wicker, on the base. The only lidded one of the group, and the most decorative.
