Antique Thonet Coat Rack, Five Hook

Bentwood in a deep reddish brown, with five S-curved hooks rising off a doubled rail and turned tips on the lower arms. The ends finish in a cross brace, the shellac has gone dark and slightly crazed in places, and the whole thing weighs almost nothing. Four feet of hooks for a mudroom, or a hallway that keeps losing coats.
