Early 19th Century English Pine Hutch

Unusually wide back planks — single boards of a width you rarely see now — rise behind two open shelves under a large stepped cornice, all over a base of four drawers with pale, worn knobs. The surface has softened to a warm buff with the wood showing through at every edge and corner. Architectural, simply built, and hard to find at this scale and age.
