A plain creamware top on a flared pedestal, the rim turned up just enough to hold an edge. The glaze has yellowed unevenly across the surface with fine crazing throughout and a few grey specks fired into the body. No decoration anywhere on it, which is the point. Thirteen inches across, so it takes a full cake or a stack of fruit.
