Large Antique Scottish Wigtownshire Creamery Jar

Cream stoneware with a collared neck and a black transfer print across the front, a dairymaid with her pail set in an oval, Pure Fresh Cream banded above her. Wigtownshire Creamery Co, Stranraer, in the ring below. The print has worn thin in patches and there is a hairline running down from the rim on one side. Good on a kitchen shelf, or with a few short stems.
