Antique Aged English Mirror

Carved giltwood frame, rubbed back to a warm bronze, with reeded pilasters down each side and carved blocks at the top corners. The original plate has lost much of its silvering, leaving a hazy, mottled reflection with dark bloom along the upper edge, and old tacks still sit in the top rail. Best leaned on a mantel or a console where the old glass can catch the light.
