Rare Antique Ochre Yellow Glazed French Confit Pot

A collection of antique French yellow-glazed confit pots, each with a classic tapered form and small loop handles at the shoulder. The upper portions are finished in a warm ochre glaze, contrasted by the raw, unglazed clay below—a traditional treatment that allowed the base to remain porous when partially buried for storage. Surfaces vary from piece to piece, with natural wear, glaze variation, and areas of exposed terracotta that reflect their age and use. Beautiful styled individually or grouped together, they work just as well as functional vessels for stems as they do as sculptural accents. Sold individually.
